THE HIGH BEAMS ­ Somewhere from out under the Texas muck, came Matt Mayo (ex-VULTURES, ex-MULLINS), rock guitar super star. How, why and where, exactly, we may never know, but this newest project of Mayo's is absolutely the best yet. Think of the sounds of the WIPERS and mix that up with early KISS (no shit!)!
